Celab Nail - Nail Art Specialists

Kudos to Celab Nail for this French Mani with 3D Flower Nailart. The skilful nail technician creatively used Oops!J Sweeta 05 as the base and top up Pearly P15 as french tips. The results are actually amazing on its own. But the talented technician didn't stop there and added 3D flower designs and swaroski crytals! Prettiful Nails... Ha!
